The price adjusts due to variables such as the size of the stone, the age of the stone, type of stone, previous cleanings, and other needs identified during the FREE condition evaluation. We request current pictures of the headstone in question at the time of inquiry so that we can give you an accurate cost estimate. The goal is always to bring it up to its optimum condition and keep it that way.

Once you have booked your restoration, depending on the season, it will be completed within two weeks, unless scheduled further out. During winter and spring months we ask for understanding that weather is not always predictable and may take up to a month.

We are based in Cedar City and are expanding! A new branch has opened in Utah County and we are now servicing all of Utah!

We will always ask for permission to use before and after photos before posting them. When you book your restoration, we will send a Social Media Release Form to you. If you do not want your pictures on our socials, you need only deny the release. If you have signed the release form, but afterwards decide you do not want the photos shared, please email us at info@headstonerestoration.com and we will remove the images in question.

Annual maintenance customers receive priority attention to be sure their prepaid work is completed and ready for any special date you determine in the following year. (Birthday, Memorial Day, Mother's Day, etc.) New customers will be served as time permits after the pre-paid customers are taken care of.

We recommend headstones be touched up once a year with our annual maintenance plan to keep that new look. You wouldn't go over a year without cleaning hard water off your sink faucet and shouldn't let memorials go for extended periods of time without attention.

Usually the work can be completed in one day but it can take as long as three business days depending on how much needs to be done. Special circumstances may take longer.

It depends on what is being removed. The most common grime is hard water, which is removed by using decades old, Memorial Industry proven blend of hydrochloric acid and soaps. It's put on and then scrubbed off with distilled water. It is then followed by a special foam glass clean stone rubbing to remove any remaining particulates and then rinsed again.
